Description

Sri Kandaswamy temple is located at Kanchipuram in the state of Tamilnadu.

He an incarnation of lord Subramanya swamy. The deity is 7 feet tall in standing posture sported with two hands one of them with Vel and an image of peacock besides the presiding deity.

This temple has 5 tiered Rajagopuram built in Dravidian style of architecture.

This temple was built in 10th Century.
